ADMISSION INFORMATION
Admission Process for Class-XI Commerce:
Application Forms are accepted by the College immediately after the declaration of the SSLC (Class-X) or Equivalent Students are required to download a copy of the Admission form and Prospectus from the College Website Free of Cost. Admission is given to deserving candidates on a first-come-first-served basis.
Admission Process for Undergraduate B.A. and B.Com:
Application Forms are accepted by the College only after completion of Class XII HSSLC or Equivalent. Students are required to download a copy of the Admission form and Prospectus from the College Website Free of Cost. Admission is given to deserving candidates on a first-come-first-served basis.
Submission of Application Form:
Application form affixed with a recent passport-size photograph in the specified column and information completed in all respects addressed to the Principal with the following documents mentioned below duly self-attested should be submitted within the period as specified in the advertisement.
Each Application must be accompanied with:

Character and Transfer Certificates from the School/college last attended.

Self-attested copy of mark sheet of the last examination passed (Class XII for Admission into Degree) & (Class X for Admission into Class-XI)

2 (Two) recent passport-size photographs of the student.

The original Migration Certificate is required for students from Boards other than MBOSE.

SC/ST/OBC and Person with Disability (PwD) Certificate.

Original documents are to be produced at the time of submission of the application form for verification.

FEE REFUND POLICY:
As per the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines, higher education institutions must follow the specified fee refund rules for the academic session 2025–26. These rules are applicable to all UGC-recognized universities and colleges including Nongtalang College, Nongtalang.
